Make sure to seal the drop outlet to the gutter with seam sealer. Press it towards the gutter and leave it to dry. Locate the hole then remove all loose debris such as moss leaves and twigs from around the damaged area. Hold the metal flashing firmly in place until the cement has dried and then test for sturdiness.

A waterproof sealing product such as ge clear gutter caulk available on amazon is easy to use. Try to do this on a warm day but if the weather is cool warm the cement to room temperature so it spreads easily. 3 stick the patch over the hole to complete the repair.
